Refund Policy

Draft - not yet in effect. Last updated: 2026-10-05.

Working draft, not reviewed by a lawyer. Refund terms are usually low legal-risk compared to liability/privacy language, but a quick professional read is still worth it if you want to be thorough.
This one is a business decision, not a legal one - I picked reasonable, common defaults below. Confirm or adjust the specific numbers (the 48-hour window, no-proration rule) to match what you actually want to offer.

1. Canceling your subscription

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Canceling stops billing going forward. Based on how cancellation is currently built: your server is suspended shortly after you cancel (not at the end of the billing period you already paid for), and its data is held for a period shown in your dashboard before being permanently deleted, in case you change your mind.

2. Refunds for the current billing period

We don't offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel mid-cycle - you keep access (until you cancel) for what you already paid for, but canceling early doesn't get you money back for the days you didn't use.

3. New customer satisfaction window

If this is your first subscription with us and it isn't working out, contact us within 48 hours of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies once per customer.

4. Non-refundable situations

5. How to request a refund

Use the support contact shown in your dashboard once you're a customer, with your account email and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. (This service isn't open for signups yet - see the homepage to be notified at launch.)
