What's the difference between "Always on" and "Sleeps when idle"?
Always-on servers run continuously. Sleeps-when-idle servers power down automatically after a period with no players, then wake back up within about a minute the moment someone tries to join - cheaper if your server isn't played every day.
Can I install mods or modpacks?
Yes, on any moddable loader (Fabric, NeoForge, Forge, Quilt). Upload mods through your dashboard's file browser, or use the modpack install option when setting up your server.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes - no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you want; billing stops going forward. See our Refund Policy for exactly what happens to your server and data after you cancel.
What do I get access to once I'm a customer?
Your own dashboard: start/stop, a live console, a file editor, one-click backups with self-restore, and a settings page for the common options (MOTD, difficulty, game mode, max players, whitelist, PvP) - no admin panel knowledge required. Our Help Center has step-by-step guides for all of it.
